Ingredients
- 1 ib bacon
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 lb hamburger
- Dan-O’s Hot Chipotle
- Dan-O’s Spicy
Prep Time

Cook Time
60 Mins
Instructions
- Cut onion slices into 3/4 inch slices
- Separate the large and small rings
- Wrap the inside of the larger ring with Dan-O’s Seasoned ground beef and insert the smaller ring into the middle
- Wrap beef onion ring with bacon
- Cook at 325 for 1 hour

I’m not sure if you just have onions the size of grapefruits or what but this was an absolute pain in the ass to wrap the bacon around. Other than that issue it turned out good.
I guess they just grow them big around here, my only advice for the future is to go handpick your onions instead of buying a bag of them. Glad the recipe turned out good.
