Looks tasty! What would you recommend to substitute for the sausage since I’m not a big sausage fan? Thanks.
You could leave out the sausage or replace it with chicken – maybe a chicken sausage to keep the flavor of sausage – if you like that.
DanO you were at a show and made a very large pot of what I’d call a shrimp boil. It had 4 gallons of water 2 gallons of orange drink and 7 bottles of blue cap Seasoning. It looked so delicious I’m trying to scale this back as there’s only two of us to cook for. Oh and it had 30 lbs of shrimp lol. I’d like to do this boil with a lb of shrimp and hopefully you have a recipe to help.
Andouille sausage?, never heard of it.
How big are the cobs of corn?
You can usually find Andouille sausage at your local grocery store. The corn was whole cobs, cut in half.
