Ingredients

  • Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning
  • Dan-O’s SEA-soning
  • 1 lb fresh jumbo shrimp
  • Corn cobs - cut in half
  • Andouille sausage - cut into thick slices
  • Red and Gold Petite Potatoes - cubed
  • Olive Oil

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and coat with olive oil and stir.
  3. Sprinkle Generously® with Dan-O’s Cajun and Dan-O’s SEA-soning and mix well.
  4. Place all that goodness on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
