Ingredients
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Original
1 whole English cucumber
1/2 red onion
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp mayonnaise
4-8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls, drained
Preparation Instructions
Use a mandolin slicer to slice the whole English cucumber into thin slices.
Slice the onion with the mandolin or a knife, whatever you prefer to get thin slices.
Mix the Dressing: In a large mason jar, combine cucumber, onion, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, mayonnaise, Dan-O’s Original, and fresh mozzarella pearls.
Close the jar tightly and shake it well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
