Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning
  • 12.5 lb spiral cut ham
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Honey, as a binder
  • Maple Glaze, either comes with the ham or use Real Maple Syrup

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning.
  2. Unwrap the foil and coat the ham with honey, rubbing it all over and getting it well saturated.
  3. Pour the brown sugar and Dan-O’s mixture over the ham, and massage it in.
  4. Rewrap the ham with the foil and place in a 275° F oven for 15 minutes per pound.
  5. Remove from oven and top with maple glaze that comes with the ham.
  6. Place back in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
