Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more for cooking)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • Dan-O's Crunchy seasoning

Preparation Instructions

Toast the Bread:

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a small amount of olive oil to coat the bottom.
  • Place the slices of bread in the pan and toast until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Avocado:

  • While the bread is toasting, prepare the avocado by slicing or mashing it to your preference.
  • Once the bread is toasted, spread the avocado evenly on each slice.

Cook the Eggs:

  • Add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil to the pan, then sprinkle a generous amount of Dan-O's Crunchy seasoning over the oil.
  • Crack the eggs into the pan, frying them on top of the crunchy, seasoned oil layer. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Toast:

  • Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado toast.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a little more Dan-O's Crunchy seasoning on top for extra flavor.

Serve:
