  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary
  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillet
  • 4 to 6 quarts of water (for skin removal)
  • Olive oil spray

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salmon: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully pour the boiling water over the salmon fillet to loosen the skin. Once the skin is slightly peeled back, remove it completely and discard. Cut the skinless salmon in half and then slice it into long strips to create bite-sized nuggets.
  2. Season the Salmon: Sprinkle generously to coat the salmon nuggets with Dan-O’s Outlaw Blackened Bloody Mary, ensuring all pieces are well-covered.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to ensure the salmon bites crisp up. Place the seasoned salmon nuggets into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes for a crispy texture. If you prefer a medium doneness, cook for 7 minutes.
