Berkshire Pork Chops and Veggies

This cooking method gives you a flavorful crust with a tender, juicy interior, making the most of Berkshire pork’s superb quality.

Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1/2 lb green beans
  • 2 pork chops
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dan-O's Preem-O Seasoning
  • Dan-O's Crunchy Seasoning
  • Dan-O's Original Seasoning
  • Heavy duty, extra wide foil

Preparation Instructions

For Veggies

  1. Dice potatoes into medium sized chunks then place into on about 2 feet of heavy duty extra wide tin foil
  2. Follow with 1lb baby carrots, and about 1/2 lb of green beans
  3. Drizzle 2-3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp of olive oil over veggies
  4. Dust veggies with Dan-O's Crunchy and Dan-O's Original then mix veggies together with hands to get an even coat of seasoning
  5. Slice a stick of butter into fourths then spread evenly across the vegies
  6. Roll up tinfoil into a tube then completely close one end and role up the other effectively making a sealed opening that you can reopen after grilling

For Pork Chops

  1.  Season generously with Dan-O's Preem-O then place on grill along with veggie pack
  2. Grill pork chops to 145º internal temp flip evenly throughout grilling process to ensure a good sear
  3. The pork chops and veggies should be done around the same time, you will know that the veggies are done when you can press on the foil pack and feel the potatos are softer

To Serve

  1. Remove pork chops and veggie pack from grill and let cool for about 5 mins
  2. Unroll the one side of the foil pack and dump out veggies onto a serving platter and enjoy
