First up, whip together that sauce. Mix 1 tablespoon of Dan-O’s Dips Dill with ½ cup Greek yogurt and toss it in the fridge. Let those flavors chill while you handle the rest.
Now grab a big bowl and add your ground chicken, diced red peppers, feta, breadcrumbs, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, garlic, egg, and 2 tbsp of Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O. Get in there with your hands and mix it all up until it’s fully combined.
Form that mixture into 2–4 patties, just under an inch thick.
Heat up a skillet over medium-high and give it a good spray with oil. Drop in your onion slices and cook them until they’re soft, golden, and just a little caramelized—about 3–4 minutes total. Try to keep ‘em together for those big, beautiful slices. Set them aside.
Turn the heat down to medium, add a little more oil, and get those patties in the pan. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until they’re browned up and cooked through.
Spread that chilled dill yogurt sauce on your buns. On the bottom bun, layer some fresh arugula and those onion slices. Add your juicy chicken feta patty, and top it off with the bun.
Serve it up with some chips on the side, and Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®.
