Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O (Salt, Pepper, Garlic) Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Dips Dill
- 3 cans (4 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
- 12 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 small sweet apple, diced
- 3 green onion stalks, chopped
- 2 ribs of celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls, sliced open
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Preparation Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and get ready for some seriously melty goodness.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, diced apple, onion, celery, mayonnaise, Dan-O's Dips Dill, and 1 tsp of Dan-O's SPG Tri-O. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Layer each with Swiss cheese, then pile on the tuna mixture. Add another layer of Swiss cheese before placing the bun tops on.
- Melt the butter and brush it generously over the tops of the buns. Finish with a sprinkle of Dan-O's SPG Tri-O and chopped parsley for a buttery, flavorful crust.
- Cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes more, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
