Surf ‘n’ Turf Ribs

Flavors Used:


  • 1/4 cup Dan-O's SEA-soning
  • 1/4 cup Dan-Os Preem-O
  • 1 rack Pork Ribs
  • 1/4 Cup Sriracha

Preparation Instructions

  1. Pre-heat smoker to 250º.
  2. Prep ribs by removing silverskin.
  3. Coat ribs with sriracha, followed by an even coating of SEA-soning and Preem-O on all sides of the ribs.  Pat seasoning into the ribs including the sides and bottom.
  4. Smoke for three hours.
  5. Slice ribs and serve.
