Perfect Baked Potato

Making a baked potato is easy, but making the perfect baked potato? That can be difficult, thankfully we have a blazingly easy way to ensure you get the perfect baked potato every time. Let’s start with saying no microwave will ever achieve the perfect baked potato, it absolutely needs to go in the oven. Baking the potato gives that skin a crisp brown texture, and the inside will be soft and fluffy. Dan-O’s Spicy and Crunchy gives a little tickle of heat, and some satisfying crunch with Dan-O-Myte flavor to the potato. This is just the recipe for the perfect baked potato, but you can easily make it your own by using it to make loaded baked potatoes, or broccoli and cheese baked potatoes, or whatever your heart desires potato wise.
Ingredients
- 1 Part Dan-O’s Crunchy
- 1 Part Dan-O’s Spicy
Preparation Instructions
- In a bowl add equal parts of kosher salt, Dan-O’s Crunchy Everything Bagel, and Spicy Dan-O’s, and mix together.
- Coat your potato with the mixture.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and place in the oven. Add an additional tray on a rack underneath to act as a drip pan.
- Bake 450° F for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Enjoy
