This recipe is designed to preserve the buttery flavor while enhancing the steak’s natural tenderness. Perfectly air-fried for a crispy exterior and juicy interior, these steak bites are a must-try for any meat lover.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak
- 1 lb filet mignon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 400°F.
- Prepare the Steak: Start by trimming the filet mignon into two large strips, then cut the strips into bite-sized chunks, creating filet squares.
- Coat the Steak: In a bowl, add the steak chunks and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until the steak is evenly coated. Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Steak and mix to ensure all pieces are well-coated for maximum flavor.
- Air Fry the Steak Bites: Place the Dan-seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced evenly for an even cook.
- Set the air fryer to 10 minutes. After about 5-7 minutes, open the air fryer and cut a steak bite open to ensure it is cooked to your liking. Adjust the time if necessary.
- Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!

This is AMAZING! We cook our steak in the air fryer on a usual basis…everyone looks at us weird when we tell them that.
