Ingredients

3 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning
1 tsp Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O (Salt, Pepper, Garlic) Seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp pesto
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
8 oz penne pasta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
8 oz sliced mushrooms

Preparation Instructions

Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, just until it's fragrant.
Next, add the chicken broth, mushrooms, and penne pasta. Season everything with 1 tablespoon of Dan-O's Cheesoning and 1 teaspoon of Dan-O's SPG Tri-O for a little extra savory goodness. Give everything a good stir.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed into all that cheesy goodness.
Now it's time to make things creamy. Stir in the heavy cream, pesto, and 2 more tablespoons of Dan-O's Cheesoning. Let it simmer for a few minutes until everything comes together into a rich, velvety sauce.
Finish by stirring in the parmesan cheese until it's melted and silky smooth.
