Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

Preparation Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl or container. Add 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning.
  2. Add the Lemon and Yogurt: Zest 1 lemon. Juice the same lemon, catching any seeds. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt to the chicken. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Marinate: Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour. For more flavor, marinate longer if desired.
  4. Prep for Baking: Arrange the chicken thighs on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Top the Chicken: Zest the second lemon and then slice the lemon thinly. Sprinkle the remaining Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning over the chicken, then top with the lemon zest. Place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake the Chicken: Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
