Enjoy a delightful meal with these lamb chops, seasoned with Dan-O's Original and Dan-O's Crunchy for a flavorful crust. This recipe enhances the classic lamb chop with a mild jalapeno-garlic sauce that adds a gentle kick to every bite.



Lamb Chops:

  • 2 Lamb Chops (about 5 pounds)
  • Olive Oil
  • Dan-O's Original
  • Dan-O's Crunchy


  • 3-4 medium jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Head of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation Instructions

Lamb Chops:

  1. Remove fat caps
  2. Coat in olive oil as a binder for seasoning
  3. Season thoroughly with Dan-O's Original
  4. Apply a second coat of olive oil then season with Dan-O's Crunchy
  5. Place on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 300º, meat side up
  6. Cook to 125º-135º internal temp
  7. Remove Lamb chops from oven and place on grill
  8. Sear on the grill until 130º-140º depending on your preference
  9. Let cool for 10 mins


  1. Cut jalapenos into chunks
  2. Place garlic, jalapenos, extra virgin olive oil, and a good amount of Dan-O's OG into a blender
  3. Blend to desired texture
