  • 4 Salmon filets
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Arrange filets on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl, and brush over salmon.
  4. Sprinkle filets evenly with Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven until salmon flakes easily with a fork, about 12 minutes.

I fired up my Z-Grill Pellet smoker to 350 and seasoned the outside of 2 baked potatoes with olive oil and Chipotle seasoning and put in the smoker…After an hour i prepared 1lb of Salmon Filets with Olive Oil and Dan-O’s SEA-soning added them to the smoker for 15 to 20 minutes…they turned out DAN-tastic…

    1. I don’t know about Dan but I always do. Whether it’s in the oven, grill or skillet. It comes off real easy once it’s cooked. This recipe with the crunchy is pretty Dan good!

  2. I have all of the Dan-O seasonings. I bought some salmon to make tonight and this is the recipe I am using.
