Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Dan-O’s SEA-soning
  • 8 oz white crab meat
  • 2 tilapia filets
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Dipping Sauce:

  • 2 tsp Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. While it’s warming, slap some Dan-O’s SEA-soning on your tilapia filets and cook ’em until tender and flaky.
  2. Grab a big bowl and whisk together your egg and mustard. Stir in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped green onions, and 2 tsp Dan-O’s SEA-soning. Mix it till it’s all smooth.
  3. Fold in the crab meat and shredded tilapia, then sprinkle in that panko. Don’t be shy—get in there and fold it all together until it sticks nicely.
  4. Form the mixture into 1½-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, cover ’em with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Slide those balls in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Feeling extra crispy? Hit ’em with a 5-minute broil.
  6. While the balls bake, stir together Greek yogurt, mayo, and Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning for that irresistible dip.
  7. Plate up those golden balls, dunk ’em, munch ’em, and hear the chorus of “Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!” ringing through your kitchen.
