Great alone, on salads, or served up with your favorite sides, these scallops are a quick and easy way to spice things up.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O's Chili Lime Seasoning
  • 8-10 Fresh sea scallops
  • 2 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges

Preparation Instructions

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the scallops with Dan-O's Chili Lime Seasoning.
  2. Heat a skillet to a medium temperature and add grapeseed oil.
  3. Place scallops in the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from the skillet and serve with a squeeze of lime. Optional - drizzle them with the cooking oil and some diced green onion.
