Savory breakfast sausage as the crust with fresh crisp vegetables mixed with ricotta and egg to make a mouthwatering filling. This is a great meal prep item to start the week, easily offering up enough for several breakfasts worth. It also makes for a great dinner if you’re in the mood for a cheesy savory dish. We used Dan-O’s Original but you could try it with Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning for a kick of heat, or a Chipotle Seasoning for a smoky Midwest feel. A personal favorite is Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning which offers some crunch to the munch!
