Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning - Can use Dan-O's Tac-O for a less spicy version
  • 1 or 2 baguettes
  • Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • Corn chips, for serving

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut out the center of the top of the load of bread, scooping out the bread making a "bread boat."
  3. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, bacon or ham, green onions, tomatoes, and Dan-O's Chipotle.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the hollow center of the bread loaf.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbling, and serve warm with corn chips.
