Flaky, Buttery Philly Cheesesteak Bombs
Philly cheesesteaks are the bomb, so why not make them THE bomb with these Delectable Philly cheesesteak phyllo bombs! These are a great riff on a classic philly cheesesteak by throwing them in a flaky, buttery crust packed full of cheesy philly goodness. Make them for dinner or as part of a spread! Ingredients
- 1 lb shaved beef
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large white onion
- 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Original
- 6 sheets of Phyllo Dough
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Steak Sauce
- Butter

Instructions
- Chop green pepper and onion
- Cook beef, peppers, and onions on a hot griddle and combine
- Spray a cupcake pan with cooking oil
- Layout and place one phyllo sheet over a cupcake section and press the phyllo dough to the inside to create a pocket
- Add 1 ounce of beef, peppers, onions, along with a small amount of mozzarella cheese and a dollop of steak sauce
- Cover with remaining sheet and repeat the process for the other five cupcake sections
- Top with melted butter and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
