Description
Easy and Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing
This recipe is a super easy, no hass-le Creamy avocado Cilantro Dressing recipe that you can whip up in minutes and serve with a variety of things. It’s as good as a ranch dip with a nice burrito or even some pizza! Try it with carrots and other vegetables for an easy party spread. You can really play around with this Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing’s role to make something unique.
Is this Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing a healthy choice?
This is definitely a healthier option being made with low-fat Greek yogurt, and avocado. The avocado brings a lot of folates, potassium, and healthy fats while also packing in small amounts of B vitamins and minerals, such as copper, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and zinc. Greek yogurt provides great nutrients and offers a particularly rich source of protein, vitamin B12, riboflavin, and selenium while being low carb.
Recipe Ingredients
Dan-O’s Seasoning – You can use either Dan-O’s Original or Spicy Seasoning for some Dan-Good flavor and how much of a kick you want with this dressing.
Avocados – We used Hass Avocados in this recipe because they’re easy to obtain, and are a little higher in fat giving them a richer and smoother taste overall. Perfect for this dressing!
Greek Yogurt – We used Greek yogurt because it’s a healthier alternative to sour cream but you could use sour cream in this recipe if need be.
What can you use this Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dressing for?
You could use it as a dip for your Pizza Puff Pastry Twists or as a dressing on our Cheese Fries. You can, of course, use it on a salad or maybe a filling in a burrito. You’ve got options, so feel free to experiment! You can get some inspiration from our recipes section too!
