I made this the other night for the family after a long day of filming recipe videos, and I needed something quick that still felt like a real dinner. This one came together in 19 minutes and 39 seconds (yes, I clocked it), and everyone was happy because we were eating in under 20 minutes. If you need a fast weeknight meal that still brings big flavor, this Chicken Alfredo Pasta delivers.
1/2 bag mini sweet peppers (about 10–12 peppers), sliced
1 tbsp Dan-O’s Seasoning (your favorite)
Preparation Instructions
Sear the chicken: Heat a pan over high heat with 2 tbsp cooking oil. Add diced chicken and season with Dan-O’s SPG Tri-O. Cook for about 4 minutes, until lightly crusted. Transfer to a bowl.
Build the pasta base: Add broken angel hair to the same pan. Pour in heavy cream and Alfredo sauce. Add 1 cup water to the empty Alfredo jar, swirl to mix in any leftover sauce, then pour it into the pan. Turn heat to high.
Cover and cook: Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until pasta is tender, stirring every few minutes to prevent burning and dry spots.
Finish and serve: Check chicken is fully cooked (170°F internal temp). Spoon into bowls and finish with a sprinkle of your Dan-O’s Seasoning. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
