Fish Sticks
2 oz Dan-O's Crunchy
2 oz Dan-O's SEA-soning
Salmon, skin removed
3 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup bread crumbs
Peanut oil for frying
Sauce
1 oz Dan-O's SEA-soning
1 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Fish:
Cut the salmon into approximately 4-inch strips.
Prepare the Breading Station:
On a baking tray, combine 2 cups of flour with 2 ounces of Dan-O's SEA-soning.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
On a separate tray, mix the bread crumbs with 2 ounces of Dan-O's Crunchy.
Bread the Fish:
Dredge each salmon strip in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured salmon strips into the beaten eggs.
Coat the salmon strips with the breadcrumb mixture.
Fry the Fish Sticks:
Heat peanut oil in a frying pan to 375ºF.
Fry each fish stick for about 1.5 to 2 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Place the fried fish sticks on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Sauce:
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1.5 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, and 1 ounce of Dan-O's SEA-soning until well combined.
