16 ounces low-fat 2% cottage cheese

Let’s Make It!

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shape the crackers: Use a tablespoon spoon to drop small mounds of the cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly to form cookie shapes. Sprinkle Generously® with your favorite Dan-O’s Seasoning or try them all!
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. They will become crunchier as they cool.
