Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Italian-O Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning® Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Yellow Squash
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut the zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Place all the veggies in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle in Dan-O’s Italian-O and Dan-O’s Cheesoning® Seasoning. Toss until each veggie piece is coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned veggies evenly on a baking sheet so they roast up nice and crisp.
  5. Pop the baking sheet into the oven at 425°F and roast for 20 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and slightly caramelized on the edges.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a moment, then sprinkle with more Cheesoning® for an extra Pop-Pop of flavor!
