These turkey sliders get a serious upgrade with Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ seasoning, delivering bold barbecue flavor in every bite. Topped with melty cheese, crisp pickles, and a creamy ranch spread, these sliders are ideal for game day, cookouts, or quick weeknight dinners that don’t skimp on taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ
  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • Slider buns
  • Pepperjack cheese slices, cut to fit slider buns
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sliced pickles

For the Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
  • 1 cup mayo

Preparation Instructions

  1. Start by tossing your ground meat in a bowl and hit it with Dan-O’s Outlaw Sweet & Tangy BBQ. Add in those breadcrumbs and mix it up real good—don’t be shy, get in there and make sure every bite’s loaded with flavor.
  2. Now form ‘em into small patties—slider-sized, nice and even so they cook up perfect.
  3. Throw those bad boys on a skillet or the grill, medium heat, and cook until they hit 165°F inside. Nice and juicy, just the way we like it.
  4. In the last minute, lay down a slice or two of cheese on each patty. Let it melt into that BBQ goodness—oh yeah.
  5. While that’s going, mix up your sauce—mayo plus Dan-O’s Dips Ranch. Simple, creamy, and packed with that Dan-O’s kick.
  6. Time to build! Bottom bun, turkey patty, some red onions for that bite, pickles for that crunch, then spread that ranch mayo on the top bun. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
