Ranch Twice Baked Potato

This twice-baked potato with Dan-O’s Dips Ranch will have you rethinking baked potatoes. It’s an easy meal that can be customized with your favorite cheese and toppings. Go crazy with toppings or enjoy it just the way it is; either way, it will be Dantastic.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet Dan-O’s Dips Ranch per tater
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 big ‘ole tater
  • 2/3 cup Sour cream
  • ⅓ cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Chopped green onion (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Go on and preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash and dry that tater, then grab a fork and poke a few holes all around it.
  3. Rub the skin with a little olive oil.
  4. Bake it for about 45 minutes, until it’s tender all the way through.
  5. Pull it out and let it cool for about 10 minutes, then cut it in half lengthwise and scoop the insides into a bowl.
  6. Add in the sour cream, Dan-O's Dips Ranch, and cheese, and mix it up until everything’s nice and creamy.
  7. Spoon that filling back into the potato skins, set them on a baking sheet, and bake again for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Finish it off with some chopped green onion on top, and you’re ready to eat. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®
