Ingredients

  • 2 packets of Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
  • Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning
  • 1 - 32 oz tub of ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, diced (1.5 cups)
  • Lasagna noodles - oven-ready are easiest
  • 2 jars (25oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation Instructions

  1. Crank that oven up to 350°F.
  2. Grab a large skillet, set it over medium-high heat, and toss in your ground chicken with 1 packet of Dan-O’s Dips Ranch. Break it up, let it brown until there’s no pink left. Toss in diced onions and garlic, cook a few minutes until the onions get soft, then drain any extra fat.
  3. Stir in your pasta sauce and diced tomatoes and let it simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes—just long enough to thicken up that flavor-packed sauce.
  4. Now for the creamy goodness: In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, 1 packet of Dan-O’s Dips Ranch, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, and egg until smooth and creamy.
  5. Time to build that lasagna: Spread 1 cup of meat sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Lay 3 lasagna noodles on top. Spread 1 cup of the ricotta mixture, then 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat this process two more times. Finish with 3 lasagna noodles and the remaining sauce on top.
  6. Cover it with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Pull it out, remove the foil, and top with the remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and a generous sprinkle of Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning. Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes until it’s golden, bubbly, and melty.
  8. Want that crispy, “wow” top? Hit it with the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
