You get sweet corn crisped up in the oven, then tossed with a buttery blend of Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper and Italian-O for a bright, savory kick. Ingredients

  • ⅓ packet Dan-O’s Dips Ranch
  • ⅓ packet Dan-O’s Dips Dill
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Italian-O Seasoning
  • 4 ears of corn, sliced into small rounds
  • 3/4 stick Kerrygold butter
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup buttermilk

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prep the Corn: Slice the corn into small rounds. Lay the corn pieces out on a baking or drying rack in a single layer.
  2. Air Fry the Corn: Preheat the oven to 350°F on air fryer mode. Place the corn in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, or until heated through and lightly crisped.
  3. Make the Dill Ranch: In a bowl, add a big scoop of mayonnaise. Add an equal scoop of buttermilk. Mix in some Dan-O’s Dips Ranch and a little extra Dan-O’s Dips Dill. Whisk until smooth and combined.
  4. Make the Lemon Pepper Butter: Add the butter to a small bowl or saucepan and melt it. Whisk in the Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning and Dan-O’s Italian-O Seasoning. Let the mixture sit briefly so the herbs and spices can rehydrate in the butter.
  5. Finish the Corn: Once the corn is done cooking, remove it from the oven. Toss or coat the corn with the lemon pepper butter mixture until evenly covered.
  6. Serve: Serve the warm lemon pepper corn with the dill ranch on the side for dipping. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
