Ingredients
- 2.5 lb chuck roast
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- Dan-O's OG Seasoning
- Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning
- Dan-O's Spicy Seasoning
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 bottle beef broth
- Butter
Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Beef:
- Place the 2.5 lb chuck roast in an Instant Pot.
- Pour in a full bottle of beef broth.
- Add 4-5 peeled garlic cloves.
- Season with half a bottle of Dan-O's Taco Seasoning, a little bit of Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning, and pops of Dan-O's OG Seasoning.
- Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 2 hours.
