Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb chuck roast
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • Dan-O's OG Seasoning
  • Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning
  • Dan-O's Spicy Seasoning
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 bottle beef broth
  • Butter

Preparation Instructions

Prepare the Beef:

  • Place the 2.5 lb chuck roast in an Instant Pot.
  • Pour in a full bottle of beef broth.
  • Add 4-5 peeled garlic cloves.
  • Season with half a bottle of Dan-O's Taco Seasoning, a little bit of Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning, and pops of Dan-O's OG Seasoning.
  • Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 2 hours.

Shred the Beef:

  • After cooking, carefully release the pressure according to the Instant Pot's instructions and remove the beef.
  • Extract the juice from the pot and set it aside.
  • Remove and discard any fat from the meat, then shred the beef.

Prepare the Phyllo Burritos:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out the phyllo dough sheets and place a portion of the shredded beef in the center of each sheet.
  • Roll the beef up in the phyllo dough to form burritos.
  • Melt butter and brush it over the dough.

Bake:

  • Place the burritos on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the phyllo dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Serve:

  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
