  •  3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  •  1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped bacon (optional)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  •  1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation Instructions

  1. Crank up the heat! Preheat your oven to a sizzling 350°F.
