And because every great snack deserves a sidekick, we’re pairing them with a creamy, spicy dipping sauce that packs layers of flavor thanks to Dan-O’s Crunchy and chili lime.

Ingredients

For the Peppers

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
  • 1 lb shishito peppers
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

For the Spicy Dipping Sauce

  • ½ tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
  • ½ tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce

Preparation Instructions

  1. Blister the Peppers: Place the shishito peppers in a bowl. Drizzle with 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Place the peppers in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even blistering. Remove and serve hot.
  3. Make the Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, Dan-O’s Chili Lime, and Dan-O’s Crunchy. Mix well until smooth. Serve alongside the peppers for dipping.
