  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • Frozen tater tots

Ranch dip:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk or regular milk

Preparation Instructions

  1. Make the Dan-O’s Ranch Dip: First things first—let’s whip up that creamy, flavor-packed ranch! In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, and milk until smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of Dan-O’s Dips Ranch and whisk until fully combined. Pour into a container and chill in the fridge until you're ready to dig in. Want to take things up a notch? Stir 1 tablespoon of that ranch into some ketchup and create the ultimate dipping duo we call Ranchup.
  2. Cook the Tots: Give those tots a little Dan-O’s love with a sprinkle of Dan-O’s Original Seasoning, then cook according to the package directions until golden and crispy.
  3. Prep the Breading Station: In one small bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, flour, and 3 tablespoons of Dan-O’s Original Seasoning. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Season the chicken generously with Dan-O’s Original Seasoning—don’t be shy!
  4. Bread the Chicken: Working one piece at a time, dip the chicken into the egg mixture until fully coated.
