Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Cheesoning
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Instructions

  1. Get a medium pot of water boiling. Drop in that chopped cauliflower and let it cook for about 10 minutes until it’s fork-tender, then drain.
  2. Now take that hot cauliflower straight to the food processor. Hit it with Dan-O’s Cheesoning, the chicken stock, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and cheese. Blend it up until it’s smooth and creamy. Want it extra creamy? Don’t be shy — add a little more Greek yogurt and keep it movin’.
  3. Serve with your favorite protein for a Dantastic meal.
