Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Dan-O's Original Seasoning
  • 2 heads cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream (maybe less - you want enough to cover the cauliflower without drowning it)
  • 2 handfuls (about 1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cups grated Parmesan
  • 6 ounces crumbled goat cheese (optional)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Layer the cauliflower in shallow baking dish
  3. Pour heavy cream over the cauliflower enough to coat, you might not use it all because you don't want it to be runny.
  4. Sprinkle Generously with Dan-O's Original Seasoning.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheeses over the top and mix it all up, gently. Sprinkle goat cheese on top.
  6. Bake about 25- 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft and the sauce has slightly thickened and bubbly.
  7. Let sit out of oven for 10 minutes before serving.
