Ingredients

For the sauce:

  • 1-2 tsp Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

For the shrimp:

  • 1 lb fresh Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 tsp Grapeseed or Olive Oil to coat pan
  • Fresh lemon juice, if desired

Preparation Instructions

  1. Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, tomato paste, olive oil, and 1-2 tsp Dan-O’s Cajun Seasoning. Whisk the ingredients together until you have a smooth, creamy, and spicy Cajun sauce.
  2. Cook the shrimp: Remove the shrimp from their shell and devein (if needed). Add shrimp to a bowl and coat with Dan-O’s Cajun.
  3. Preheat a skillet to medium high and add oil. Add shrimp to pan and cook for 6 minutes (3 minutes each side).
