Marinated Pork Tenderloins with Dan-O’s Horseradish Dip

In our home, there’s one dish that always steals the spotlight—Marinated Pork Tenderloins with Dan-O’s Horseradish Dip. The tender, perfectly seasoned pork, combined with the bold, zesty punch of the horseradish dip, is unbeatable. It’s a must-have at every family gathering! The combination of marinated pork tenderloins and that delicious horseradish dip has become a symbol of togetherness in our family, bringing everyone to the table with smiles.

Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • Dan-O's Spicy Seasoning  (around 1-2 tbsp)
  • Dan-O's Preem-O Seasoning (around 1-2 tbsp)
  • 64 oz (2QT) Apple Juice
  • 1 pound brown sugar
  • 1 pkg pork tenderloins (comes with 2 pieces,  2-2 ½ lbs)

Dan-O's Horseradish Dip

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O's Crunchy Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O's Chipotle Seasoning
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces horseradish (half of an 8-ounce jar)

 

Preparation Instructions

Instructions to prepare the marinade:

  1. In a pot, combine 1 cup of apple juice and bring it to a boil. Return the remaining apple juice in the refrigerator.
  2. Add the brown sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Once dissolved, remove the pot from heat and let it cool to room temperature.  *Optional, you can add ice to speed up the cooling process.
  4. Add the remaining chilled apple juice to the mixture.
  5. Marinate the Pork: Poke holes with a fork in the pork tenderloins to allow the marinade to penetrate.
  6. Place the tenderloins in a deep dish and pour the marinade over them.
  7. Sprinkle generously with Dan-O’s Spicy and Dan-O’s Preem-O.
  8. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  9. Grill the Pork: Preheat your grill to medium to high heat.
  10. Remove the tenderloins from the marinade and place them on the grill.
  11. Char each side while keeping the grill closed.
  12. Cook the tenderloins for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the center is no longer pink and an instant-read thermometer reads at least 135°F.

Instructions for horseradish Dip:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and horseradish.
  2. Add in the Dan-O's Crunchy and Chipotle seasonings.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Serve with grilled pork tenderloins.
