Can I freeze sausage breakfast bombs?
Once you’ve cooked, and let the bombs cool down then you can store in the freezer easily enough. Wrap them in freezer paper and store in a freezer safe bag or container. When you’re ready to eat, heat them up in a microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the oven at 375 for a few minutes.

- 10 eggs
- ½ bunch spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 red bell pepper
- Cholula, to taste
- Dan-O’s Crunchy
- Dan-O’s Spicy
- Dan-O’s Cheesoning

Instructions
- Chop spinach and red pepper. Add to a large bowl with eggs, cheese, and Dan-O’s
- Form sausage patties to the bottom of muffin tin
- Pour in egg mixture and bake 30 minutes at 375 F
- Remove from the muffin tin and serve.
