Yo, Mr. (Egg) White
Part of what makes this recipe so healthy is the use of only the egg white. Egg whites are high in protein but low in calories, fat content and cholesterol. A downside of only using egg whites is that they contain considerably less micronutrients. But another upside is that due to their high protein content, egg whites can help curb your appetite making them great for diets!
Stuff ya cup
A beautiful part about these egg white breakfast cups is that you can treat it like a frittata or omelet. This opens up the door for you to throw whatever you really want in here. From more vegetables like roasted bell peppers, to diced onions or a little ham or bacon. You can really customize these cups to your taste. However you dress these cups up, they’re bound to become your go-to breakfast.
