Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dan-O’s Dips Dill
  • 12 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 24 oz whipped cream cheese (two 12-oz containers)
  • 3.5 oz jar capers (use about half; reserve some for topping)
  • Fresh dill
  • Chips, crackers, or crostini (for serving)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Lay the smoked salmon flat and finely dice into small pieces.
  2. Place chopped salmon into a large bowl. Add about half the jar of capers to the bowl. Save the rest for topping.
  3. Add 24 oz whipped cream cheese for a light, fluffy texture.
  4. Add 1 full packet of Dan-O’s Dill Dip Mix.
  5. Stir until fully blended and creamy.
  6. Top with remaining capers and a sprinkle of fresh dill. Serve with chips, crackers, or toasted bread. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
