I grabbed a fresh bakery loaf, diced it up, and seasoned it with Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning, Dan-O’s Original Seasoning, and Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust to create the most flavorful base for any easy holiday stuffing, soup topper, salad crouton, or Thanksgiving side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 bottle Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning
  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Original Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust
  • 1 fresh loaf white bakery bread
  • Olive oil (about 1/3–1/2 cup, enough to coat)

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prep the Bread: Slice the loaf into three sections. Cut into small, even cubes and spread on a baking sheet.
  2. Season the Croutons: Add Dan-O’s Ranch Cheesoning, Dan-O’s Original Seasoning, and Dan-O’s Outlaw Butter Dust. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss until the seasoning is evenly distributed. Add one more drizzle of oil and a final dusting of seasoning; toss again.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove, toss, lower the heat to 300°F, and bake 10 more minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add these to your Dan-O’s Homemade Thanksgiving Stuffing, toss them on your favorite salads, or use them to add a flavorful crunch to soups and casseroles.
