Ingredients

  • 1 tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 bottle Dan-O's Crunchy
  • Dan-O's Preem-O
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz raw horseradish
  • Dan-O's Chipotle, to taste

Preparation Instructions

For Marinade:

  • Prep Tenderloin: Poke holes in the tenderloin with a fork to help the marinade penetrate.
  • Marinade: Place the tenderloin in a freezer bag. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and Dan-O's Crunchy. Seal the bag and work the marinade into the meat.
  • Refrigerate: Let the tenderloin marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

To Cook:

  • Preheat Grill: Remove the tenderloin from the freezer bag and place it on a grill preheated to high heat.
  • Grill Tenderloin: Cook the tenderloin, flipping every 3-4 minutes to achieve an even sear. Dust with Dan-O's Preem-O after each flip.
  • Check Temperature: Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
  • Rest Meat: Once the tenderloin reaches 145ºF, remove it from the grill and let it rest.

For Sauce:

  • Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, raw horseradish, Dan-O's Crunchy, and Dan-O's Chipotle. Mix thoroughly.

To Serve:

  • Slice and Serve: Slice the tenderloin into pieces and serve with the horseradish sauce. Enjoy!

  1. This is so delicious! I’ve made it on the grill and in the oven and either way, it’s so very tasty!

  2. I live in a apartment building where I can’t have a grill, can I make this in the oven instead? Will it be as good??
    Thank you

    1. Recipe calls for grill..however you might be able to do this in an oven but the cook times and methods would change a bit!
