If you need a quick, colorful appetizer that’s always a hit, this Veggie Cream Cheese Pizza is the perfect choice. Made with a flaky crescent roll crust, a creamy seasoned cream cheese spread, and topped with fresh crunchy vegetables and shredded cheese, this easy veggie pizza is great for parties, potlucks, and holiday gatherings. It’s simple to make, requires minimal ingredients, and delivers the perfect balance of creamy, crisp, and savory flavors in every bite. Plus, it’s an easy way to sneak more veggies onto the snack table.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning
  • 8 oz plain whipped cream cheese
  • 1 can (8oz) plain crescent rolls
  • 1 small head of broccoli, crowns only, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
  • Thinly sliced bell peppers
  • Cauliflower florets - chopped small
  • Shredded cheddar cheese or crumbled feta

Preparation Instructions

  1. Start by lining a baking pan with parchment paper or giving it a light coat of oil—this keeps your pizza from sticking.
  2. Pop open those crescent roll cans and spread the dough out onto the pan. Press the seams together and roll it out a bit so it forms one big pizza crust. You can make it rectangular, round, or whatever shape fits your pan.
  3. Bake the crust according to the package directions—but pull it out about 2 minutes early. You’re looking for a light golden color, not full-on crispy. That way it stays tender and perfect for toppings.
  4. Let the crust cool completely while you prep the toppings. Meanwhile, finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces so every slice gets a little crunch.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with Dan-O’s Crunchy Seasoning and then spread that creamy mixture all over the cooled crust like the sauce on a pizza.
  6. Now pile on the veggies—scatter the veggies, then finish it off with a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  7. Pop the whole thing in the fridge until you’re ready to serve. Just don’t leave it too long, or the crust will soften up. When it’s go-time, slice it into small squares and watch it disappear from the plate.
