Twice-baked with Dan-O’s makes the filling really flavorful. Easy to make and you can customize it with all sorts of toppings like bacon and green onions.
Ingredients
Large potato
1/2 tbs Dan-O's Seasoning
1/2 tbs butter
2 tbs sour cream
Shredded cheese
2 tbs milk
1/4 tsp oil
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Wash potato and poke with a fork
Rub potato skin with oil (this makes it crispy)
Bake for 45 mins
Remove from oven, cut open and scrape out filling
Mix filling with butter, milk, sour cream, Dan-O's, and shredded cheese
