Ingredients
- Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning
- 3lb tomahawk or ribeye steak
- 1 container of sausage
- 3 jalapenos
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- BBQ sauce
- Wing sauce
- Honey
Preparation Instructions
- Cut your steak into chunks. Using a meat grinder, add in the chunks and jalapenos. Once in a bowl, Add your sausage, 1 egg, breadcrumbs and a heavy coating of Dan-O’s Chipotle. Mix the bowl up and form your meatballs. Add them to skewers, heat up the smoker and place them on.
- Smoke at 225 for roughly 1.5 hours - Final Temp 165 Internal
- Towards the end of the smoke, mix BBQ sauce with buffalo wing sauce, honey and Dan-O’s Chipotle. Stir and coat your meatballs.
