Ingredients

4 tbsp Dan-O’s Sweet & Tangy Outlaw Seasoning
2 tbsp Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning
1 spiral bone-in ham, 12 lb
¼ cup honey

Preparation Instructions

Prep the Ham: Open the spiral ham and discard the included sauce or spice packet. Set the ham in the center of a giant baking pan lined with two overlapping pieces of heavy-duty wide foil.
Make the Rub: Add the Dan-O’s Sweet & Tangy Outlaw and Dan-O’s Chipotle Seasoning to a bowl. Mix until combined. Coat with Honey. Drizzle the honey over the ham, then spread it evenly across the top, sides, and edges until fully coated.
Season the Ham: Sprinkle generously with the seasoning mixture all over the ham. Press the seasoning onto the surface as you go to help it stick. Continue coating until the ham is well covered.
Wrap and Bake: Wrap the ham tightly in the foil. Bake at 275°F for 15 minutes per pound. For a 12-pound ham, bake for about 3 hours.
Serve: Remove the ham from the oven. Unwrap carefully and serve hot. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!
