Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning
  • 1 - 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tsp Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lime

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat that oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss your chicken in a big bowl with a little oil and a generous shake of Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning. Toss to evenly coat the chicken.
  3. Skewer It Up: Thread one piece of that seasoned chicken onto each skewer and lay ’em out on your baking sheet.
  4. Pop ’em in the oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until that chicken hits 165°F and gets beautifully golden.
  5. Make That Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Dan-O’s Chili Lime Seasoning, and honey. Stir it up until smooth and creamy. You’ll have about 1¾ cups of sweet, tangy, spicy goodness.
  6. Sauce It & Serve It: Brush those skewers generously with that chili lime sauce. Save the rest for a dipping sauce.
