Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups Dan-O’s Cajun
  • ¼ cup Dan-O’s SEA-soning
  • 1 lb King Crab
  • ½ lb jumbo shrimp
  • 2 ears corn, cut in half
  • 1 smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 2 lbs butter blend
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lemon, cut in half

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dan-O’s Seafood Sauce: In a large pot, combine the diced onion, minced garlic, Dan-O’s Cajun, Dan-O’s SEA-soning, and butter blend. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onions are translucent and the flavors are well combined, about 5-7 minutes. Set to the side.
  2. Boil the Ingredients: Boil the corn, smoked sausage, eggs, seafood, potatoes, and corn for 15 minutes. Carefully remove everything from the pot using a slotted spoon and arrange on a large serving platter.
  3. Garnish and Serve: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood boil. Serve with the Dan-O’s Seafood Sauce.
